Topaz 70 – Tarkett brand is a collection of premium vinyl flooring that offers warm and natural designs such as wood, concrete and ceramic – ideal for creating a friendly, homely space. With its anti-slip surface, Topaz 70 ensures safety and efficiency in areas where grip control is required such as hallways, bathrooms or special care areas.

More than 50% of the colors in this collection have a light reflectance value (LRV) of 20–40%, helping to enhance spatial recognition and support visual health for the elderly. The product is available in widths of 2m, 3m and 4m, allowing for seamless installation, limited joints and easy to fit into any space. In addition, Topaz 70 has good acoustic properties, also has good sound insulation with sound absorption up to 14 dB.

In addition, Topaz 70 also meets the Bfl-s1 fire resistance standard according to EN 13501-1, ensuring high safety in public works and areas with strict fire prevention and fighting requirements.
